What kind of work is this?
As a Project Manager, you will deliver complex projects to our international customers in healthcare. Using our solution, customers can unify and improve their processes and even create new business. You understand the fundamentals of change management, and you know how to lead a project team located in different countries. You find it important to reach goals, meet deadlines, and take responsibility for the project team. When needed, you hold the customer’s hand and create trusting relationships. You also have a key role working with our sales to help them create the best solutions for our future customers.

What do you expect from me?
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- Experience in project management
- Ability to plan and manage numerous projects simultaneously
- Capability to prioritize and make decisions in a changing environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
- Understanding of cloud services and technical architectures
- Proven track record of managing complex international projects successfully
- Minimum +5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. health technology)
- You live in Finland and can work at our Helsinki office
- Certificated knowledge (PRINCE2, PMP) in project management is seen as an advantage
